REIKI SESSION
Reiki (ray-key) has been practiced for over 100 years, discovered in Japan in 1922. Reiki is universal life force energy channeled through the practitioner's hands. The client's energy field is flooded with healing energy to facilitate a beneficial energy exchange. As non-beneficial energy is released, the body feels lighter, the mind is calmer, and there is an overall feeling of well-being.
A session is very comforting as Reiki calms the nervous system. This can improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic pain and many other conditions. Reiki may awaken your spiritual connection as well to provide love and support on your journey to a more balanced, peaceful experience.
REIKI DISTANCE/REMOTE SESSION
This is a Japanese healing technique based on the principle that free and uninterrupted life force energy flows through all life. We are all connected by this intelligent force; therefore, a client does not have to be physically present for their energy field to be accessed. This process is very effective and solves the issue of time and distance. This reiki session is conducted remotely from my office while you are at home in a quiet space for about 45 minutes. I provide reiki sessions for clients in Texas, California, and South Florida. Remote sessions are very effective and allow freedom in scheduling. I can schedule these sessions in the morning, evening, and on weekends.
